As with any tea, the best way to taste the tea is to put a tea ball in your mouth and chew it for a few seconds. You'll really enjoy this taste and aroma!

For me, when you buy it in a store, and you're paying full price for the matcha, I don't mind having to pay a bit more. With this, the price was comparable and I thought it was a worthy investment. Don't overdo it and use too much. Because the herb and oolong tea are both high in caffeine, you don't want to drink this as a regular green tea. But it is a great addition to chocolate and toasted coffee for a delightful treat.
